Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy from New Maven. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work. This policy doesn't limit any of your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

Changed your mind? 14-day returns

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the item price, no reason needed. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, clean and in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories.
  • You pay the courier cost to send it back to us.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of receiving your order, we'll also refund your original delivery fee, as required by ECTA.

Faulty or damaged items: 6-month warranty

If your item is defective, stops working because of a fault, or arrives damaged, you can return it within 6 months of delivery. We will repair it, replace it or refund you in full. The choice is yours. We cover the return courier cost for faulty items.

This warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Wrong item received

If we sent you the wrong item, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll swap it at no cost to you.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at newmaven12@gmail.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for the return. For faulty items, please include a photo or short video.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and next steps.
  3. Pack the item securely. We recommend a trackable courier service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of our confirmation, and always within 30 days of your cancellation. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Bundle and promotional orders

If you return part of an order bought with a bundle or promotional discount (for example "Buy 2, save 20%" or the double deal), the refund is based on the discounted price you actually paid for the returned item.
