New Maven delivers nationwide across South Africa.

Delivery times

Orders are delivered within 5–10 working days of purchase. Outlying and rural areas may take a little longer. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Free delivery on orders of 3 or more items. The discount applies automatically at checkout.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout, as couriers may call before delivering. If an order comes back to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we may need to charge the cost of sending it again.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund policy.
